Hi, I have had 3 kids and am feeling like I need a mommy makeover (aug and tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), but two of my friends have told me that it is not uncommon to need revisions. How common is this? And, since I’m a worst-case scenario thinker, if I do need a revision, would have to pay for the whole procedure again? -Andi

Implants downsize
Dear Dr. Pinsky, please help. I have 28″ ribcage,preops 32A now 32D.380cc Sientra round mod. they are too wide,I can feel the left implant under my armpit. Will they move to the front after healing? I am in 5 weeks post ops. If I want to down size to 270-300, when is the best time to have revision? Do I need internal suture for smaller implants? Is it dangerous,how long will I completely feel normal? What risk do I take? I am sure I hate this size. I understand I still have swelling but they will not decreased much than now after all.

I would like to know how much a mini tummy tuck usually costs, and what are the terms required for a person to get one, verses a full tummy tuck … I’m 135lbs with no much fat just skin.
Very few people are truly good candidates for a mini tummy tuck. The best candidates have lax skin that is only in the center, beneath the umbilicus. The cost varies with the complexity of the procedure. Thanks for the question.

Abdominal implants
I am a 30 year old male. I am athletic and workout pretty regularly. My problem s my abdominal area. I have a layer of fat that I cannot get rid of no tater how much I exercise or change my diet. Ideally I would lie a six pack but with this fat layer it does not seem possible. Is there a such thing as abdominal implants?

do you use drains for male breast reduction?
hello my name is Ryan and I am looking for a doctor for male breast reduction. I live in the gardens area. Many doctors have not replied to me. I am set on having the procedure done but i just want to find a doctor that i am comfortable with.During my consultation will I be able to see more before and after photos of both the doctors work? there is only one on the website for gynocomastia. I am quite nervous not ever having plastic surgery before. i am on skinnier side and can tell my breasts are more glandular. If pictures are required that is no problem. From my research I have found the cost to be anywhere from 3000-6000. would this be correct? I understand that each person is differant and cost depends on how much work is done.
